Paul Fleming

Paul joined Community Insurance Brokers in 2018, bringing another experienced broker to our firm. Paul has worked in the industry since 2006, developing a broad range of knowledge of insurance products.
Paul partners with our clients to understand their needs and exposures to provide tailored and comprehensive solutions, without compromising coverage or service.
Paul’s attention to detail, technical knowledge and strong work ethic enables him to manage and work with a large variety of clients and industries.
Hayley Morey

Hayley commenced her career insurance broking right here in Shepparton providing principle support and quickly became a key person within the brokerage.
Hayley interacts with all our clients and continues to provide professional and dedicated broking advice and support from existing clients to new business, from small to complex risks.
Natalie Spencer

Natalie commenced her career with John Petzke Insurance Brokers in 2016, becoming an integral part of the team.
Nat brings a wealth of experience, qualifications and motivation to Community Insurance Brokers. She provides our clients with professional service and advice, supporting our account directors and managers with all aspects of their insurance programs including personal insurance and business insurance, from sole traders right up to large transport accounts.
Karah Bothwell

Karah is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker with over 10 years of experience in the broking industry.
She is heavily involved in many large commercial, highly technical accounts. Her role with us at CIB involves assisting the sales team with various functions to ensure they’re able to provide the best possible advice and service.
Karah manages multiple roles, and has experience across broking functions, team management, claims management, client procurement and maintenance and relationship development.
Clinton Campbell

Clinton is the newest member to our team and comes with a wealth of experience in the rural sector, with over 10 years in rural banking after completing a Banking & Finance Degree. Prior to joining our team, Clinton worked for a local farm insurer providing underwriting and insurance solutions to business development managers in Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia.
Clinton joined our team to be more customer facing and to grow his insurance knowledge across other products and industries.
Clinton is well positioned to grow into an experienced broker, and with his rural background (including running his own small farm) a deep understanding of our rural community.
Robert Baker

Robert has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years, starting in motor administration. Robert has worked for insurers in both underwriting and business development.
In 2010 Robert decided he needed a new challenge and joined the broking fraternity, to be more customer facing. Robert utilises his extensive industry and product knowledge to achieve great outcomes for our clients. Whether dealing with clients or insurers, Robert strives for the best outcome to help protect our clients.
Jaidyn Mitchell

Jaidyn is one of the newer members to our team. With a rural and customer service background, Jaidyn has seamlessly fit in, completing her Tier 1 & 2 Qualifications in her first few months with us.
Jaidyn continues to strive with her professional development, providing support to our broking and claims team. Jaidyn has already become a valued member of the team, and her drive and determination will see her succeed in her career endeavours.
Mark Cornick

Mark has 25 years’ experience in the industry and was a key support in his previous role before the merger into Community Insurance Brokers. Mark utilises his knowledge and experience of our client base, which is second none, enabling him to provide support with any type of general insurance, from home and contents to business clients.
